Sales Enablement Specialist – APAC
Reporting Line
Reports to: SPS Program Manager – APAC
Role Purpose
- Drive SPS engagement and partnership with Sales organizations across APAC to maximize adoption and value of the SPS support model.
- Act as the SPS team super user and subject matter expert for Quote-to-Cash processes, systems, and tools.
- Increase sales engagement and task assignment opportunities through proactive stakeholder collaboration and business partnership.
- Identify, lead, and implement process simplification, automation, and AI-enabled productivity initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness and customer responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Sales Managers, Account Managers, Commercial Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders across APAC.
- Drive awareness and adoption of SPS capabilities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Partner with Sales teams to identify opportunities to increase task delegation, improve productivity, and allow Sales representatives to focus on customer-facing activities.
- Serve as the SPS super user for Salesforce, SAP CRM, CPQ, Gratis, and related commercial platforms.
- Provide guidance, training, and best-practice support to SPS team members on commercial processes and tools.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across Quote-to-Cash processes including lead management, opportunity management, quotation creation, order management, and customer support workflows.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, and other enterprise technologies.
- Collaborate with IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance teams to implement process improvements and automation projects.
- Develop dashboards, analytics, and business insights to measure SPS performance, engagement, productivity, and business impact.
- Analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive adoption of digital tools and innovative solutions that enhance commercial execution speed and scalability.
- Support change management activities and ensure successful rollout of new processes, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Support, Program Management, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of Agilent Quote-to-Cash processes and commercial operations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP CRM, CPQ and Gratis related enterprise systems.
- Experience with Power BI, data analytics, dashboard creation, and business reporting.
- Knowledge of AI, Microsoft Copilot, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement programs.
