Title: Manager of PMO

As a PMO Manager, you will drive operational excellence across the Project Management Office by developing high-performing project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of customer implementations. This role reports to the PMO Director and partners closely with Sales, Consulting, Finance, Project Management, and Customer Success to deliver consistent project execution, improve financial performance, and create exceptional customer experiences.
How You’ll Succeed
-Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators by providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities that improve individual and team performance
-Support the Program Manager in streamlining PMO processes, project methodologies, and governance practices across cross-functional departments
-Recommends new process and tools to achieve advanced project management
-Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and graphic reports
-Ensure project plans, action item registers, milestone timelines, and portfolio reporting are consistently maintained to support visibility, accountability, and timely decision-making
-Manages all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership
What You Bring
-Strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional project teams, including project management, field services, and application consulting professionals.
-Deep understanding of project management methodologies, portfolio governance, and project lifecycle management
-Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, including forecasting, biling, revenue recognition, utilization, and budget oversight
-Wisdom and judgment based on experience; Ability to make decisions and clear recommendations
-Ability to see, identify, and diagnose problems and find creative solutions (Possibility thinker)
-Excellent organizational skills. Able to self-organize priorities and balance their own workload. Capable of managing multiple priorities/projects simultaneously
