Job Purpose

The Analyst/Associate will support the department in managing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enhancing sales team productivity, and assisting with expense management. This role involves data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, accurate sales incentivization, and sound financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Monitoring: Collect, analyze, and report on departmental KPIs and sales data to track performance against strategic goals. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Sales Productivity & Incentive Oversight: Analyze sales data and assisting managers to identify areas for improvement in sales force effectiveness and productivity. Monitor entries related to sales incentive schemes to ensure accuracy and consistency. Report findings and collaborate with relevant teams to investigate and resolve issues, providing data-driven insights and technical assistance.
  • Expense Management Support: Assist in managing and monitoring departmental expenses, including tracking, reporting, and identifying areas for optimization and proposing expense reduction ideas.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide support for various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the department.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a role involving KPI management, sales operations, incentive monitoring, or expense management is preferred.
