You partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market so the solutions we build are useful in daily work, not just convincing in a demo.At Alasco, you will build products that help real estate teams plan, control, and communicate financial decisions across investment and construction projects. AI is part of how we build product at Alasco. In this role, you will also identify where AI can remove manual work, improve decision quality, or make complex workflows easier to handle for our customers. What you will do Evaluate product opportunities strategically: Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on customer workflows, product data and business value, and turn them into clear recommendations.Validate fast and stay close to users: Run customer interviews, test assumptions early, and use feedback to sharpen the problem before the team builds.Own features from discovery to rollout: Define scope, success criteria, and priorities, ship incrementally, and improve features based on usage and customer feedback.Work closely with Engineering and Design: Shape solutions together, clarify edge cases, make trade-offs visible, and help the team move from concept to production.Turn market feedback into product iterations: Discover customer needs, product signals, and analyse Go-to-Market feedback, to translate them into concrete product investments.Contribute to AI-supported product work: Identify use cases where AI can solve a clear customer problem, and help define quality expectations, evaluation criteria, feedback loops, and user-facing guidance.Align stakeholders around decisions: Keep Product, Design, Engineering, Management, and Go-to-Market aligned by making priorities, risks, and trade-offs explicit. What we’re looking for Deep experience building B2B SaaS products end-to-end, from discovery to launch and iteration.Strong product judgment in prioritization, assumption mapping, success metrics, and decisions with incomplete information.Comfort working closely with engineers and designers, including shaping solutions, clarifying edge cases, and moving from concept to production.A practical understanding of software products, data-rich workflows, and the constraints that affect product decisions.Experience with AI in product development, with enough hands-on curiosity to understand where it helps, where it fails, and what users need to trust it.Clear communication in German and English. Nice to have Experience with B2B software in regulated or complex domains (e.g., finance, construction, real estate).You have worked with evaluation setups, prompting strategies, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
