About the Role

The Senior Manager, North America Campaign Marketing is a strategic marketing leader responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, community growth through lead generation, registrations, and participation across Gartner's C-Level executive communities.

This role will oversee campaign strategy for multiple executive audiences, likely supporting two role-based portfolios across CIO, CISO, CDAO, CFO, CHRO, CSCO, and broader CxO communities. The Senior Manager will serve as the primary marketing strategist for their assigned audiences, leveraging customer insights, campaign performance data, and market trends to develop impactful, executive-focused marketing programs.

This role goes beyond campaign management. We are looking for a true strategic marketer who thrives on understanding customer needs, translating insights into compelling messaging, and delivering integrated campaigns that influence engagement and business outcomes.

As a senior member of the team, you will also serve as a player-coach, helping elevate marketing excellence across the organization, mentoring Campaign Marketing Managers, improving processes, and continuously evolving our campaign tactics, channel mix, and go-to-market approach.
