Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.Position Description:Supports application software and performs upgrades following established proceduresProvisions user and administrator access for applications and systemsInstalls application patches in accordance with standard processesTroubleshoots and resolves technical issues across systems and applicationsPartners with vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely issue resolutionMaintains system/application documentation and operational proceduresMonitors application availability, capacity, and performance against established metricsReviews system alerts for accuracy and takes corrective action as neededProvides troubleshooting and end-user support for business teams using applications/systemsManages the promotion of code and changes across Dev, QA, and Production environmentsTests developer-submitted changes and coordinates business acceptance testing and approvalsSupports disaster recovery (DR) planning and testing for assigned applications/systemsDevelops system standards, procedures, and support documentation for both technical teams and end usersPartners with development teams to test and approve application enhancements and modificationsUtilizes out-of-the-box tools and modules to support business needs and requestsTrains and mentors team membersConducts system tuning and capacity planning, recommending performance improvementsLeads planning efforts for new implementations, upgrades, and enhancementsEvaluates new tools/modules and provides recommendationsCollaborates with development teams to define application strategies and directionCompletes additional duties and special projects as assignedEducation and/or Training:Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.Experience with Hyland Onbase and OpenText ScanningRelevant Work Experience:5+ years’ experience supporting IT Systems/Applications.#LI-BS1#LI-REMOTEAt Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
