As a National ISC Development Manager, you will act as a key driver of Sea Logistics business growth, executing commercial strategies that optimize service delivery, minimize operational risk, and support sustainable profitability. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and expanding Kuehne+Nagel's maritime logistics footprint in the Chilean market.

How you create impact

• Develop and execute Sea Logistics commercial strategies that drive business growth and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, supporting the design and costing of customer-focused logistics solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships through active participation in client meetings, generating and expanding business opportunities.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of new and existing customer accounts, ensuring service excellence and customer retention.
• Act as a Sea Logistics product expert by training and supporting Customer Care and Sales teams, strengthening organizational product knowledge and capabilities.

What we would like you to bring

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial, logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade environments.
• Experience with Order Management (mandatory).
• Strong background in Sea Logistics, freight forwarding, and customer relationship management. 
• Knowledge of pricing, logistics operations, and supply chain solutions.
• Experience developing new business and managing strategic customer accounts.
• Advanced English proficiency and fluent Spanish.
