The opportunity
We are seeking a detail focused and analytical Data Operations Analyst to join our Auckland team.
Reporting to the Operations and Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in supporting operational performance, quality assurance and data integrity across the contract. You will work closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to analyse performance data, identify trends and variances, maintain quality systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
• Monitor and maintain RAMM data quality and integrity.
• Analyse operational data and provide meaningful insights to support decision making.
• Collate monthly and quarterly performance reporting and investigate variances against targets.
• Complete quality audits on active and completed works.
• Review inspection data and ensure records accurately support completed works and claims.
• Support the development and maintenance of KPI and performance frameworks.
• Maintain quality assurance systems, processes and documentation.
• Monitor As Built drawings and infrastructure data records.
• Prepare and present quality and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Assist with contract administration, documentation and supply chain performance reviews.
What we're looking for
• Experience analysing data and translating information into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Understanding of quality assurance processes and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong computer and systems skills.
• Ability to identify issues, investigate root causes and recommend solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships across diverse teams.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality and compliance.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Analytics or a related discipline are desirable, although equivalent experience will be highly regarded.
