Associate - Workplace Services
Riveron India is seeking a Facility Associate – Workplace Services with strong hands-on experience in facility operations, vendor management, security, office maintenance, events management and administrative coordination. This role is ideal for professionals from mid-size corporate firms supporting overall workplace services to run daily operations seamlessly.
Who You Are:
You have experience in facility operations and office administration
You are capable to coordinate with vendors related to office facilities
You have experience of managing facility staff and deploying them accordingly for daily tasks
You have good knowledge of workplace safety, facility operations and inventory management
You are good at documenting and reporting to management
You have excellent English verbal communication skills and proficient in local language Kannada
You must uphold the highest level of professionalism, as well as confidentiality
What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day facility operations and office administration on the floor
Ensure the office premises are maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient manner
Coordinate with builders to ensure facilities are in function and issues are addressed on time.
Eg: housekeeping, security, cafeteria electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, UPS systemsConduct regular facility inspections and report to the management
Coordinate with vendor management team for onboarding vendors related to office facilities
Ensure tracking of visitors log by maintaining in a register
Coordinate with leadership and manage clients and expat visits
Ensure inventory is up to date and procure as required
Lead, coordinate and execute office events, formal lunches, and dinners, both internal and external
Laison with builders for additional meetings rooms, training rooms and conference rooms bookings
Create a monthly dashboard of facility activities and report to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Administration or HR
2-3 years of relevant experience in facility management and workplace services
Diploma/Certification in Facilities Management is an advantage
Proficient in speaking Kannada language
