Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the welcoming heart of our program, creating a comforting and efficient environment for every patient journey.Every day, you will expertly provide assistance to the Director and staff, manage the office and patient reception, coordinate essential administrative tasks, leverage technology for seamless operations, and thoughtfully guide diverse patient populations.To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, technological proficiency, genuine compassion for our patients, and an adaptable, patient approach to facilitating a positive experience for all.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
- Provides assistance to Director, preserving the confidential nature of items of which he/she has knowledge
- Maintains the files, supplies, postage and general office condition in an orderly manner
- Handles all correspondence for the home health organization
- Coordinates meeting schedules and maintains minutes of meetings as directed
- Responsible for the admission packets and the scanning of all document
- Answers telephone inquiries and channels them appropriately
Job Requirements
Required
High School Diploma
Graduation from a one or two year business college or two (2) years experience, preferablly in home health or healthcare
