- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align support activities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting critical business applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management.
- Capability to adapt quickly to changing technologies and business needs.
