Inabia Solutions Recruiting Team      Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Appleton City, MO Contracted Entry Level Share Position OverviewInabia is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the Rehabilitation Therapy team. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.The therapist will work closely with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to provide patient-centered care and help individuals regain communication abilities and functional independence.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals.Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia disorders.Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and home programs.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and therapy notes according to facility and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to ensure coordinated patient care.QualificationsDegree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Active state license or compact license required.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.New graduates are welcome to apply.Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.Additional DetailsDepartment: Rehabilitation TherapySchedule: 8-hour day shiftsSetting: Hospital-based rehab therapy Share Apply Apply for this position Required* First Name* Last Name* Email Address* Phone* Address Resume* We've received your resume.
