This role focuses on driving programme execution across people, process, and technology, while managing stakeholders, timelines, and costs effectively within global delivery environments.What you’ll do Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, timelines, and budgetDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans covering data, processes, systems, and peopleCoordinate with global stakeholders and operating companies to align deliverables and execution plansAct as a central point for programme governance, escalation management, and stakeholder communicationOversee implementation activities including testing, training, deployment, and data migrationBalance delivery approaches across Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologiesDrive collaboration between shared services, system integrators, and Centres of ExcellenceMonitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to IT and compliance standards (including SOX)Lead local implementation teams, manage risks, and ensure alignment with transformation initiativesWho you are Experienced in delivering ERP programmes with 8–10 years in SAP project environmentsProven track record of leading at least two end-to-end SAP implementations in FIN or SCMStrong understanding of SAP capabilities, project delivery methodologies, and system landscapesSkilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and cross-functional coordinationProficient in tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and planningAble to work in dynamic, global environments and manage competing priorities effectivelyDemonstrates analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and ownership mindsetHolds relevant qualifications in engineering, business, or related fields; certifications in Scrum, ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 are advantageousNot a perfect fit?
