- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative language model architectures to meet project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of language models into existing platforms.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Virtual Agents, Generative AI.
- Strong expertise in designing and tuning neural network parameters for natural language processing tasks.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and handling unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model architectures for efficiency and scalability.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques in language generation and understanding.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to model performance and deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
