Role responsibilities

Provide legal support for global operations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial and sell-side contracts. Act as a trusted business partner to Sales, Finance, and Account Management teams to manage legal risk and support business growth.

Requirements

Requires a Juris Doctor or equivalent degree and a valid license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction. Candidates must have at least 7 years of legal experience with a strong background in negotiating complex commercial agreements.
