Your Role
- Software development lifecycle methodologies
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of application enhancements and new features.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities to ensure commitments are met on schedule and within scope.
- Promote sound engineering practices, code reviews, documentation standards, and maintainable architecture.
- Collaborate with technical staff to identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and operational risks.
- Ensure releases are planned, communicated, and executed with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Providing Technical Lead to the L2 Maintenance Team in resolution of incidents/issues within SLA
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans with realistic estimates and delivery schedules.
- Oversee Level 2 application support activities for production issues and user requests.
- Ensure appropriate processes exist for incident response, problem management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
Your Profile
- Monitor application health, reliability, and performance.
- Coordinate agreed support coverage
- Drive operational improvements that reduce support workload and improve end-user satisfaction.
- Experience managing Agile software delivery processes.
- Demonstrated success in balancing development, quality assurance, and production support responsibilities.
- Strong communication, planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
