EPI Technician for Bucheon site

Support epitaxy (EPI) wafer processing and daily fab operations. Work with engineers to ensure stable process, data collection, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate EPI equipment and run wafer processes
• Monitor process conditions and lot status
• Collect and summarize process and measurement data [Job Descri...Technician | Word]
• Perform basic wafer inspection (visual, measurement)
• Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities

Collaborate with process and equipment engineers

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Semiconductor, Electronics, or related field
• Basic understanding of semiconductor fabrication
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment

 

Preferred

• Internship or experience in semiconductor fab
• Knowledge of Epitaxy / CVD process
• Basic data analysis skills
