As a Senior Procurement Buyer here at Honeywell, you will manage strategic procurement activities, oversee complex projects, and lead a team to optimize practices, enhance profitability, and secure a reliable supply chain. You will report directly to our Senior Procurement Buying Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Bucharest location on a Hybrid work schedule (3 days from the office and 2 days from home).

  • Places purchase orders to meet internal customer requirements, manages changes to existing PO’s and follows up with suppliers for order acknowledgment and past due reductions
  • Invoice resolution for all issues related to procurement invoice holds, works with Account Payables to ensure invoices holds are eliminated
  • Leads constraint reviews with suppliers and escalates when necessary
  • Works closely with Sourcing and Offering Management to assure a smooth end to end purchase process.
  • Monitors KPI’s and takes corrective actions
  • Supports project implementation for the area of responsibility
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
  • SAP skills 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English/second language French/German would be a plus
