GENERAL FUNCTION: Under minimum Supervision, applicant must work well in a very high volume, fast paced work environment. Processes high risk non-monetary and monetary transactions handled within the Commercial Deposit Account Centralization (CDAC) team including, but not limited to, account re-opening, Certificate of Deposit (CD), account closing, and maintenance. The Commercial Deposit Account Specialists (CDAS) will act as a liaison between the Commercial Banking Relationship Team, Financial Centers, Treasury Management Officers, Relationship Managers and clients. Commercial Deposit Account Specialists (CDAS) handles client documentation review requests and may create Outlook meetings with key stakeholders with internal teams and/or the client for further discussion. CDAS is responsible for providing outstanding customer service with minimum supervision while meeting standard production goals in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The CDAS is accountable for client experience, risk, and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Commercial Deposit Account Centralization (CDAC) consists of a team of Commercial Deposit Account Specialists (CDAS) – the role of the CDAS is to be the main point of contact for the Commercial Banking Relationship Team (Relationship Manager, TMO, Client Advisor) to assist with all Inscope Request Types assigned to a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager (RM). Types of requests supported by the CDAS are commercial deposit account Re-openings, Account Closing, or Account maintenance requests
Takes ownership of and accountable for the documentation collection and review process and walks the client through process requirements. This may include currency transactions and review of account billing activity and fee structure.
Adheres to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and handles time sensitive requests with a strong customer-centric focus, ensuring complete client satisfaction through proactive partnership and by providing timely responses to requests.
Partners with multiple support teams to resolve customer documentation and retention issues including the CDAC Documentation Associate, Business Controls, Product Manager, Relationship Manager, Treasury Management Officer, Legal, Tax, Implementation Coordinator, or other necessary business partners.
Sets and manages client expectations through proactive communication, precise & immediate follow-up to internal & external clients; drives problem resolution. Ensures the deal is handled within established service level agreements.
Adheres to quality standards set forth for all requests. Performs necessary systematic account openings for single or multiple account set ups.
Reviews all requests for potential fraudulent activity prior to implementing and reporting any suspicious fraudulent requests according to Bancorp standards.
Ensures that time-sensitive, problem resolutions, data/document collection, and non-standard instructions are handled in a manner that complies with Bank and departmental policies and procedures and minimizes risk to both the bank and client.
Accurately enters or confirms customer information into database ensuring all issues or requests are successfully tracked within the CRM application to ensure integrity and continuity of client data/information. Initiates and/or completes proper request forms in assisting customers.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years banking experience preferred including Commercial Bank experience (including, but not limited to the following): commercial account structure, Treasury Management products and services, commercial loans.
1-3 years demonstrated client service experience. Commercial client service preferred. Direct Client contact experience preferred
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization levels; including Client contact, strong verbal and written skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Ability to filter and analyze information/process to facilitate decision making and enhance client relationship.
Ability to adapt to new and complex situations with a high degree of uncertainty.
Ability to problem solve and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate and positively influence outcomes in a matrixed environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under minimum supervision in a remote team and management environment.
Extensive experience with Microsoft office products, such as Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.

48,100.00 - 96,200.00 USD Annual
