You will partner closely with Engineering/Implementation Specialists to uncover customer’s current and future needs and translate that into architecture of the platform.What Are Your ResponsibilitiesConsult clients on platform implementation and its adoption, defining key use cases for their marketing teams.Translate client’s needs to Implementation/Engineering Specialist.Oversee the quality of deliverables and their match to defined use cases.Provide strategic guidance to various stakeholders across client teams, including change management.Maintain platform relevancy according to changed business needs.Ensure that all client users are trained, educated, and up to date on platform use, best practices, and functionality.Proactively ensure that every client derives the most value possible from the platform.Assist the Sales and Success Teams in providing insight to the client.Who You Are & What Makes You QualifiedExperienced with Sprinklr Service or similar CCaaS plaftorm (like Genesys, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc) 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management Understanding of how a contact center works: routing, SLAs, skills-based queues, multi-channel, RBAC, reporting. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications or Marketing. Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal English and Arabic.Affinity for technology. Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft skills. Previous agency experience is a plus. Permit to live and work in your country of residence is a must. Self-motivated, takes initiative, assumes ownership. Ability to think on your feet. Living in Europe.You share our values Reliable, Radical, Radiant. Why you'll love Raffish AgencyWe’re a young, fast-growing team working remotely from different countries in Europe.
