Job Description
Content Editing & Publishing (25%)
Manage daily CMS updates, including content publishing, editing, and quality assurance across web properties.
Ensure all published content adheres to established brand voice, style guidelines, and visual standards.
Maintain content accuracy and consistency across digital channels.
Website & Email Production (25%)
Design and develop email communications that drive accuracy, engagement, and measurable performance.
Build visually compelling webpage and email layouts leveraging CMS widgets and design tools.
Incorporate photography, iconography, and other visual elements to enhance copy and bring digital content to life.
Support ongoing improvements to website functionality and performance.
SEO, ADA Compliance & Continuous Optimization (20%)
Implement on-page SEO best practices; utilize tools such as SEMrush and AI-enhanced optimization (AIEO) to monitor and improve search performance.
Ensure all digital content meets ADA/WCAG accessibility standards.
Conduct regular audits and implement optimizations to improve content discoverability and user experience.
Analytics & Reporting (20%)
Monitor and report on website and email performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Siteimprove, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Moz, etc..
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support integrated digital campaign reporting and performance analysis.
Brand, Design & Visual Consistency (10%)
Apply a keen eye for aesthetics to produce on-trend, visually engaging digital designs that align with brand guidelines.
.Maintain consistency in typography, color, imagery, and layout across all digital touchpoints, applying proper content hierarchy and CMS heading structures to reinforce both visual design and accessibility standards
Additional Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of related professional experience (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in digital content, web production, or a related role.
Hands-on CMS experience (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, or similar platforms).
Experience with SEO tools, including SEMrush.
Experience supporting integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Experience with Siteimprove or similar accessibility and analytics platforms.
Experience with digital asset management and visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
Working knowledge of ADA/WCAG accessibility compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability to design and produce visually compelling web and email layouts.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and web performance reporting tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for content formatting and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with AI-enhanced SEO/content optimization (AIEO) strategies.
