This person owns the roadmap and vision for Workato&#39;s connectivity platform — spanning connectors to SaaS apps, cloud platforms, databases, and legacy and on-premises systems, as well as the platform extensions that expand their functional reach: Data Tables, Decision Models, EDI, RPA, and MFT — while staying closely engaged in execution, problem-solving, and process improvement alongside the team. of Product Management experience, with a focus on integration, connectors, APIs, or enterprise platforms.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;Minimum &lt;strong&gt;3 years&lt;/strong&gt; in a senior product leadership role (Group PM or Director), with experience managing teams of varying seniority — knowing when to provide close guidance and when to extend autonomy.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;Proven experience building and scaling connector or integration products at leading SaaS/cloud companies or integration providers (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Zapier, Fivetran, Salesforce, ServiceNow).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;Strong familiarity with cloud integration patterns, connector architectures, API standards (REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL), and event-driven and messaging patterns (webhooks, event streaming, CDC).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;Deep knowledge of the SaaS/cloud ecosystem and common SaaS business applications (CRM, ERP, HR, ITSM).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;Familiarity with one or more platform extension domains — RPA, EDI, MFT, or similar — is a plus.&lt;/p&gt;
