Responsabilidades
Asegurar la operación del proceso de decorado, cambios de diseño con base a los estándares, procedimientos, controles y políticas establecidas por Crown bajo un proceso de mejora continúa minimizando tiempos, optimizando materiales y dando soporte a los mecánicos líderes para el logro de las metas establecidas en los indicadores operativos, el crecimiento, permanencia y rentabilidad del negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de las necesidades de nuestros clientes.

Job Summary**
Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimal functioning of machinery and equipment within the decoration department, ensuring efficient production and quality standards at Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V.
Job Responsibilities**
* Perform routine preventative maintenance on deco machinery, including but not limited to, printers, ovens, conveyors, and assembly lines.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on deco equipment.
* Execute repairs and replace defective parts, ensuring proper calibration and operational integrity.
* Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.
* Assist in the installation and commissioning of new deco machinery.
* Provide technical support and training to production operators as needed.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in industrial mechanics, electrical, or a related field is highly preferred.
* Proven experience (2+ years) as a maintenance mechanic, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment with a focus on decoration or printing machinery.
* Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
* Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various industrial conditions.
* Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
