Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Spa Receptionist, you’re not just welcoming guests and managing reservations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Welcome and connect with guests: Create a warm and personalized first impression by greeting guests, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service throughout their Spa journey.
  • Manage reservations and appointments: Coordinate treatment bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes while ensuring a seamless experience for guests and therapists.
  • Provide personalized Spa recommendations: Share detailed information about treatments, services, facilities, and wellness experiences while assisting guests in selecting options that best fit their preferences.
  • Support a seamless guest experience: Coordinate with therapists and Spa team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
  • Process transactions with accuracy: Handle payments, room charges, gift certificates, and POS transactions while maintaining accuracy and following established procedures.
  • Promote Spa experiences and products: Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through personalized recommendations, treatment upgrades, and retail product suggestions.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment: Ensure the reception area reflects luxury hospitality standards through organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
  • Respond with care and professionalism: Address guest requests, questions, and concerns with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

This position requires meeting the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Spa operations or 2+ years of experience in guest service within luxury or Upper Upscale hotel environments.
  • B2 level English proficiency (intermediate-advanced) with the ability to communicate effectively with international guests.
  • Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and/or AAA service standards.
  • Proficiency in Spa reservation systems such as Book4Time or similar platforms.
  • Strong ability to operate technology tools, including POS systems, payment terminals & Microsoft Office.
  • Strong skills in consultative selling, with the ability to recommend treatments, services, and products based on guest preferences.
  • Excellent service orientation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a genuine passion for creating personalized guest experiences.
