As an AI + Integration - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of software engineering, focusing on digital integration and architecture to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. You will build meaningful client relationships, navigate ambiguity, and contribute to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing software solutions using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
- Managing application lifecycle processes, including software development, testing, and maintenance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design scalable software architectures
- Utilizing API management and microservices to enhance system integration and performance
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Applying continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software deployment
- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to optimize application functionality
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to enhance client support and service delivery
- Leveraging enterprise application integration techniques to facilitate seamless data flow across platforms
- Participating in quality assurance testing to validate software performance and reliability

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- AI, LLM, Langchain, Python, Reactjs,AWS, Nextjs, Django
-Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Kiro) as your default development workflow for code generation, completion, refactoring, and debugging

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
- Utilizing skills in API Management and Microservices
- Excelling in Java, Python, and JavaScript programming languages
- Applying knowledge in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Leveraging experience in Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture
- Developing solutions using Appian and Mendix platforms

- Develop integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including creating APIs, connectors, data mappings, and orchestrations.

- Certifications: MCD -L1(preferred), MCD-L2 (optional), MCIA (good to have), MCPA (optional)
