The OpportunityAs a SAP GTS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration of business applications. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will focus on enhancing compliance and security within SAP applications, enabling clients to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation of SAP compliance and security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory standards
- Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored solutions to optimize operational efficiency within SAP applications
- Managing client engagements by planning, budgeting, and executing projects to meet strategic objectives
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Utilizing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to support compliance program implementation and oversight
- Developing and maintaining governance frameworks to support corporate compliance and risk management initiatives
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborating with business leaders to address compliance challenges and provide strategic advisement
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Confirming data integrity and security within SAP systems through regular quality assurance checks and audits
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics and reporting
- Developing compliance programs and governance frameworks
- Implementing strategic questioning to enhance client engagement
- Excelling in operational risk management and remediation design
- Embracing change and innovation in business application consulting

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
