Primary Location: United States (US) - Illinois - Moline Function: Law Svcs and Gov't Affairs (CA) Title: Global Privacy & Records Process Analyst - 121813 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position ## Your Responsibilities As a Global Privacy & Records Process Analyst for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, Des Moines, IA or Chicago, IL, you will: * Conduct Privacy and AI impact/risk assessments and recommend controls to embed Privacy and AI by Design principles into business processes * Provide ongoing guidance to business owners based on Privacy and AI by Design principles * Support the tactical execution of Privacy & AI by Design process * Collaborate with privacy, legal, IT, and other business colleagues to support compliance with applicable privacy laws and requirements VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position ## What Skills You Need * Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations * Prior experience supporting business owners on privacy related topics * Ability to manage risk in ambiguous and complex situations * Proficiency in project management ## What Makes You Stand Out * Professional certification in privacy (e.g. CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) * Experience with comprehensive privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent) * OneTrust or similar expertise * Familiarity with information governance standards, such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Privacy or Cybersecurity Frameworks ## Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: * Bachelor's Degree What You'll Get At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
