About this Role
We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to support financial and operational decision-making by delivering insightful analysis, structured reporting, and performance measurement. The role focuses on producing accurate financial and headcount reporting, enabling forecasting, and partnering with business, finance, and HR teams to provide actionable recommendations. The individual will contribute to process efficiency through reporting automation and ensure timely delivery of both scheduled and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
What you’ll do
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines and quality standardsDeliver and maintain a portfolio of scheduled reports for business stakeholdersDevelop and enhance automated reporting solutions using Power BI, including interactive dashboards to improve accessibility and informed decision-makingSupport process improvements by streamlining reporting workflows and introducing automation opportunitiesManage and approve FinX demand requests, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and efficient processingCollaborate with Finance, HR, and operational teams to gather inputs and provide insightsIntegrate new reporting requirements, including group-driven initiatives such as PxQ model reporting, into existing frameworksProduce ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management
Who you are
Proven experience (10+ years) in financial reporting and analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detailProficient communication skills in English, both written and verbalFinance graduate or equivalent qualificationAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard developmentAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersDemonstrates structured thinking, sound judgement, and a solution-oriented approach
