Bizzabo was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in New York and Tel Aviv. We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven professional to join our Finance team in Israel.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on FP&A Manager with strong finance fundamentals, strategic thinking, and an AI-builder mindset to help drive our growth through budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and KPI development - someone who doesn't just report the numbers but recommends the “call to action” behind them. This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of the FP&A domain, requiring hands-on execution from A to Z.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own our budgeting, forecasting, and modeling tools, increasingly powered by AI and automation, from AI-assisted forecasting to automated board reporting, and help shape business strategy through better decision-making, performance measurement, and long-term planning. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on, accountable professional with strong finance/accounting fundamentals and a genuine appetite to grow with the business.

Requirements

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and continuously improve our Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan, and Modeling tools and processes.
  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows (Claude) for recurring FP&A deliverables, including board reporting, analysis, KPI dashboards, commission calculations, and other recurring processes, turning manual work into reusable, auditable automations.
  • Own and evolve our SaaS metrics engine, iterating on frameworks for ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn to deliver precise unit economics and performance analysis.
  • Deliver financial forecasting alongside insightful performance reporting and analysis, engaging stakeholders across the company.
  • Prepare Board of Directors presentations and monthly/quarterly reporting packages for leadership and investors, partnering closely with Finance and Revenue & Business Operations
  • Take part in the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing process - provisions, analysis, quarterly reports, audits, and presentations.
  • Own quarterly calculations of sales commissions, MBOs, partner commissions, and other third-party payments.
  • Build and maintain revenue forecast models and business plans, and continuously improve how we think about key revenue drivers, spending leverage, and other operational metrics.
  • Take full ownership of ad-hoc financial projects and ROI analyses from start to finish, in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Who you are

  • 5-7 years of relevant FP&A experience from a software/SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA/CPA is an advantage)
  • Experience owning FP&A independently, ideally with end-to-end responsibility for the function.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, Churn, CAC, LTV) to evaluate and drive business performance
  • Strong analytical skills - data mining, slice & dice data, spotting trends, and drawing conclusions for managerial-level discussions
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems and databases is required, including Salesforce reporting. NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven builder with AI tools (Claude strongly preferred), comfortable designing prompts, structured workflows, and lightweight automation. Experience building or maintaining AI-assisted reporting/analysis pipelines is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker is preferred.
  • High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Self-starter with a high level of independence, ownership, and accountability.
  • Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a strong team-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Curious, proactive mindset toward exploring and adopting new AI and automation tools, pushing their use beyond the basics to find more efficient ways of working.
