Supply Chain Network Design Senior Analyst
The Supply Chain Network Design Senior Analyst leads end-to-end modeling projects, from initial scoping through delivery of actionable results that inform supply chain decisions. This role partners with leadership to provide analytical insights, focusing on translating business questions into actionable modeling outputs that support timely decision-making. The Senior Analyst applies advanced modeling techniques to evaluate supply chain scenarios, with a strong focus on delivering practical, results-oriented insights that support near- to mid-term decisions while remaining aligned to broader business objectives and long-term strategy. Results are developed with a focus on execution and readiness for implementation planning.

This position is not remote or hybrid. The role is based at the new Cleveland headquarters and requires in‑office attendance five days per week.

- Lead supply chain modeling projects from initial scoping through execution and delivery of actionable, result-oriented insights.
- Execute rapid, high-quality analyses and proof-of-concept modeling to support time-sensitive business decisions.
- Identify tactical product flow optimization opportunities to drive cost savings and improve network efficiency.
- Build and maintain optimization and simulation models designed for efficient scenario evaluation and decision support.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract insights that inform near- to mid-term supply chain decisions.
- Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and clearly defined modeling outputs.
- Partner with manager to support broader network design initiatives, including providing analytical input to more complex or long-range strategic efforts.
- Validate modeling inputs and assumptions with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate modeling results and insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data accessibility, quality, and integration for modeling purposes.
- Document modeling methodologies, assumptions, and outputs to support transparency, repeatability, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of modeling tools, analytical frameworks, and team processes.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in supply chain network design and analytics.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
- Must have 5+ (Five) years of experience in Supply Chain or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have a Masters degree or high in Business Administration (MBA)
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Certifications in Certified planning and Inventory Managements (CPIM), Certified supply chain professional (CSCP), Association Production and Inventory control (APICS)
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain field or related field.
- Knowledge of supply chain optimization and simulation software solutions.
- Knowledge of systems including Tableau, Dataiku, Business Objects and Blue Yonder.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution facilities capabilities.
