You will work across the full lifecycle—from algorithm and model development to system tuning and customer deployment, directly impacting voice quality on millions of devices.Job Overview:We are looking for a hands-on Audio Systems Engineer with strong expertise in speech/audio signal processing and working knowledge of AI-based audio models.You will train and optimize audio models for various voice/audio use cases, integrate AI with speech processing DSP blocks, and collaborate with software and Customer Engineering teams to deliver production-quality solutions across multiple platforms.Responsibilities:Develop, optimize and tune AI based audio solutions, including ECNS, noise suppression, and filteringEvaluate and improve speech quality using objective and subjective methodsWork closely with software and Customer Engineering teams to enable and debug end-to-end use casesSupport customer deployments and field issues through tuning, model improvements, or targeted analysisContribute to model training, validation, and selection for ECNS processingCollaborate with research teams to improve algorithms and modelsMinimum Qualifications:Strong background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for speech/audio5+ years of experience in audio/voice signal processingHands-on experience with ECNS, noise suppression, or speech enhancementExperience with MATLAB and/or PythonStrong C/C++ programming skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AI models for speech/audio processingExperience integrating DSP and AI in real-time systemsFamiliarity with audio quality evaluation methodsExperience with embedded or low-power platformsEducation Requirements:Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field (PhD preferred)
