This role ensures that all contractual requirements are met, including the development and submission of the Program Management Plan (PMP), Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs). The Program Manager oversees all task areas, manages risk, ensures resource alignment, and drives performance to meet agency expectations.
