It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.We’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.Join us and let’s shape the future of data.Job DescriptionLead governance of outsourced facilities services, ensuring operational compliance with defined scope, service levels, and performance expectations.Coordinate input from site leads and consolidate reporting at the global level, supporting recurring governance reviews of service performance, operational issues, risks, and service level compliance.Monitor global and regional KPIs and SLAs, ensuring performance is measured, tracked, and reported against agreed standards.Partner with Finance to track savings commitments, monitor glidepath performance, and resolve variances against plan.Review and validate supplier invoices to confirm alignment with delivered services and approved pricing.Manage operational change control processes, ensuring scope changes are documented, reviewed, and approved.QualificationsOutsourced facilities management expertise: Strong understanding of outsourced facilities management services, preferably within a manufacturing environment.Data analysis and financial acumen: Ability to interpret operational and financial data, analyze dashboards, and translate performance trends into actionable insights.Problem-solving and communication skills: Ability to quickly identify performance gaps, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and coordinate timely resolution with suppliers.Technical proficiency: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Visio, with the ability to use these tools to support communication, analysis, and reporting.
