In project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

Minimum Degree Required
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Field(s) of Study (but not limited to): Preferred candidates hold degrees in areas such as Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Communication, Sociology, Computer Science, Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics), Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management.
- Additional considerations: Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds that combine Change management and Project Management are also highly encouraged to apply. Studies or certifications related to Certified Change Management Professional, Agile Methodologies, or Strategic Management are valuable assets for developing the skills needed in this role.
Key responsibilities and strong experience:
- Draft change management strategies, promote adoption of new processes or systems, and enable stakeholder engagement.
- Draft communication materials, draft training content and train-the-trainer materials, and assist with stakeholder communications for new initiatives.
- Perform stakeholder analysis, people impact assessments, and readiness surveys.
- Monitor and report on adoption, utilization, and proficiency metrics
Minimum Year(s) of Experience:
- From 4 to 6 years of professional experience in change management, organizational transformation, or change consulting within a client-facing environment.
- Proven track record of leading and implementing end-to-end change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training delivery, and change impact assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Solid experience applying recognized change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process, Lewin’s Change Management Model, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) to track change initiatives and collaborate with project teams.
- Exposure to diverse industries such as technology, healthcare, consumer markets, financial services, or other relevant sectors is highly desirable.
- Prior consulting experience, particularly within a professional services firm or similar client-centric setting, is preferred.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members or peers, fostering their professional development and contributing to team success
Certification(s) Preferred
Change Management Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent demonstrated proficiency in change management methodologies. Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or similar recognized certifications in organizational change.

Conduct detailed change readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and impact evaluations to identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for effective change adoption. Develop and execute targeted communication and engagement plans that ensure clear messaging and active stakeholder involvement throughout the change lifecycle. Design and deliver customized training and development programs to equip client teams with the skills and knowledge required for successful adoption and sustainability of change initiatives. Collaborate closely with project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities seamlessly into broader project plans and organizational strategies. Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of change interventions, using qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, influencing decision-making and fostering buy-in from key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Mentor and support junior associates and team members by sharing best practices, providing guidance, and contributing to their professional growth. Maintain comprehensive documentation of change management processes, tools, deliverables, and lessons learned to ensure knowledge retention and client transparency. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in change management and organizational development to continuously enhance service delivery and client value.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including the ability to create compelling reports, presentations, and dashboards for diverse audiences. Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to assess change impact, readiness, and effectiveness of interventions. Experience designing and facilitating training programs, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions. Familiarity with organizational development concepts, business process redesign, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
