Role responsibilities

Counsel clients and agents on insurance needs while identifying and addressing coverage gaps. Research and resolve client inquiries and policy changes using multiple systems while adhering to corporate and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Requires an active Property & Casualty insurance license or the ability to obtain one during training, along with an associate degree or equivalent experience. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
