We compare with the best version of ourselvesWhat is the role?As a Head of Product Аssurance  you will oversee all aspects of product assurance for our space systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals to manage risk assessments, technology development, critical materials, and supplier collaboration, ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and missions throughout their lifecycle.Some of your daily tasks will include:Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Product Assurance function, aligning with EnduroSat's goals and objectives. Lead and mentor a team of Product Assurance Engineers and other professionalsIndustry Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry-specific standards, such as ECSS and NASA GEVS standards, and maintain rigorous documentation to uphold the quality and reliability of our productsQuality Assurance Processes: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance processes and procedures specific to space product developmentRisk Management: Manage risk assessment activities to identify potential issues affecting product and mission quality, reliability, and safety. Support risk management activities throughout the project lifecycleSupplier Collaboration and Audits:Foster strong relationships with suppliers and conduct audits to verify compliance with industry standards and company requirements. Ensure the quality of materials, components, modules, and subsystemsConfiguration Management:Support configuration management activities to ensure proper control and documentation of changes to all equipment and mission portfoliosTesting and Inspection Oversight:Manage testing and inspections at various stages of the spacecraft system lifecycle, including R&D, integration, and launch. Collaborate with testing facilities for environmental testingContinuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality, reliability, and performance of the spacecraft systemsLaunch and Mission Support:Provide support during launch campaigns and mission operations to address quality or reliability concernsWhat do we look for?Proven experience in a senior product assurance role, with a deep understanding of space systems and technologiesStrong knowledge of space industry standards, such as ECSS and NASA GEVSExtensive experience with risk management and supplier collaboration in the context of space productsStrong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and external partnersHands-on experience in space product assurance and an understanding of space environment challengesA degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or a related fieldWhy EnduroSat?Fast-paced and delivery-focused cultureWe work with well-defined quarterly based objectives, that allow us to fast-track the progression of our work and improve as we goTough engineering challenges & hard-core R&DYou will be...
