Role Overview
The Senior Manager, DAM Integrations & Schema plays a critical role in enabling Coca‑Cola’s digital transformation by ensuring the seamless flow, structure, and governance of digital content across enterprise platforms. This role focuses on designing scalable integration frameworks and metadata schema standards that power efficient content discovery, reuse, and activation across global markets.
Operating within a product‑centric digital ecosystem, this role partners with digital product teams, marketing, content operations, and technology stakeholders to build and optimize integrations between Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and upstream and downstream systems. By structuring content through robust metadata models and enabling interoperability across platforms, this role directly contributes to improved speed to market, enhanced personalization, and stronger data‑driven decision making.
This position requires strong technical acumen, data governance expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration skills to ensure digital assets are consistently structured, accessible, and actionable across the enterprise. The role will help unlock the value of Coca‑Cola’s Content Supply Chain through scalable, standards‑based solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and transformation priorities.
What You will do for us
Design and implement integration strategies that connect Digital Asset Management and Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms with enterprise systems, enabling seamless flow of content and data across channels and markets
Develop and maintain scalable metadata schema frameworks to ensure consistent tagging, classification, and discoverability of digital assets
Partner with product and engineering teams to embed integration and schema capabilities into digital products, supporting a product‑centric operating model
Enable automation of content workflows by leveraging structured metadata and integration capabilities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
Align integration and schema solutions with enterprise data architecture, governance standards, and digital transformation priorities
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure metadata structures support personalization, localization, content findability and performance measurement
Drive adoption of standardized taxonomy and schema practices across global and regional teams
Identify and resolve integration challenges, ensuring high data quality, system interoperability, and scalability
Support measurement of content performance and asset usage reporting by enabling structured data capture and integration with analytics platforms
Continuously evolve integration and schema capabilities by leveraging emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning for content classification and tagging
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management, Digital Rights Management, MarTech, system integrations, or data architecture roles within a digital or technology‑driven environment
Proven expertise in designing and implementing system integrations using APIs and middleware solutions, with a preferred focus on integrating Adobe platforms
Strong experience in metadata modeling, taxonomy design, and schema governance for digital content systems
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management platforms, content management systems, and related enterprise technologies
Understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, standardization, and lifecycle management
Experience working in product‑centric or agile environments, collaborating across business and technical teams
Knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in content tagging, classification, and automation
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with the ability to influence adoption of standards and best practices
Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with emerging trends in digital, data, and integration technologies
