As a Senior Associate in HCM - Payroll, Core HR, you will engage directly with clients to deliver Oracle Human Capital solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on business application consulting, leveraging your skills to drive impactful results in client engagements. Within our Oracle practice, you will utilize your knowledge to navigate complex scenarios, build meaningful client relationships, and contribute to the evolution of application services.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop your personal brand and technical skills by analyzing complex problems and mentoring junior team members. You will be responsible for maintaining professional standards and using critical thinking to anticipate client needs. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will embrace ambiguity and use it as an opportunity for growth, while guiding others and interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex human capital management challenges to deliver tailored Oracle solutions
- Managing Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and upgrades to enhance client operations
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic HR consulting
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for generating insightful workforce analytics
- Leading project management efforts in Oracle HR transformations to optimize business processes
- Developing and maintaining Oracle databases to support HR functions and data integrity
- Implementing Oracle Payroll and Compensation modules to streamline employee compensation processes
- Conducting business process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency in HR operations
- Engaging in change management activities to facilitate smooth transitions during HR system updates
- Providing mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer for database management
- Managing Oracle Payroll systems effectively
- Implementing strategic human resource planning initiatives
- Excelling in business process improvement and change management strategies
