Main Responsibilities:
Drive IT/OT convergence, data management and digital transformation initiatives in the energy industry and with utility customers.
Business development and sales activities including identifying opportunities for wider integration of services, defining solutions for customers, preparing proposals and bidding for contracts.
Work as a project manager and technical lead on projects to accomplish the overall delivery of the optimum solutions to customer within the timeframe, costs and quality standards established.
Support preparations of reports, delivery of presentations and completion of project reports to customers.
Able to support SCADA/EMS/ADMS and cyber security advisory projects.

Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience on utility IT/OT systems
Deep domain knowledge in utility business processes, IT/OT architectures (SOA, ESB) and integration solutions and technologies (Including system integration, data integration and API integration), IoT/IIoT
Expert knowledge of IT/OT integration, Data management and energy industry/technology
Good communication, presentation and written skills in English
Excellent team-player and self-starter
Willingness to travel abroad (up to 30% of the time)
Good to have but not mandatory:
Familiar with Cyber Security standards (ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST)
Knowledge of energy utility asset management and operation systems including SAP, GIS, SCADA/EMS/ADMS
