Project Compliance Support Analyst

What you’ll do:

Support EMEA Customer Projects by coordinating compliance documentation, verifying requirements against predefined compliance matrixes, managing project-related platforms, and ensuring documentation accuracy for cross-border project activities.

This position provides administrative and coordination support to EMEA Customer Projects:

Document Control • Maintain and organise controlled project documentation, ensuring files are current, properly filed, and accessible • Verify that required documents exist and meet predefined criteria using established compliance matrices • Perform structured document audits to confirm documentation is complete, accurate, and correctly reflects recorded evidence • Track document status and follow up on missing or expiring documentation

Compliance Administration • Check project requirements against predefined compliance matrixes provided by the functions as appropriate - Legal, EHS, HR, etc • Identify missing requirements and escalate to appropriate specialists for resolution • Support the administration of compliance processes for personnel working across national borders • Coordinate completion of required training records and employee registrations

Systems Coordination • Manage and maintain internal and client EHS SaaS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity • Generate reports and extract data as required for project and compliance purposes • Support system updates and user access administration

Customer Support Coordination • Support new project enquiries by gathering and providing required documentation • Liaise with internal stakeholders to compile information for customer requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Document Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compliance administration, quality assurance, document control, or project administration.

Skills:

  • Strong document management and organisation capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to verify information against predefined criteria.
  • Strong systems and reporting skills with experience in SaaS platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SAP, PowerApps, or similar tools.
  • Customer-facing administrative skills with ability to respond professionally to enquiries.
  • Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of EHS requirements (desirable but not essential).
  • Possess a cooperative temperament and demonstrated ability to maintain positive working relationships.
