We’re a strong team that looks out for each other.Your role :Formulate, establish, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and systems to ensure accurate reportingReview revenue accounting for Financial ServicesEnsure compliance with RBI regulations and reportingEnsure compliance with Ind AS/IGAAP for all group entitiesPrepare quarterly/annual Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) and ensure compliance with relevant statuteEnsure adequacy of NPA provisions in compliance with ECL normsSupport team with lending related Financial operationsEnsure that financial ratios are monitored regularly and are in line with regulatory requirementsFront end all audits and ensure timely closureEnsure audit readinessSupport the organisation in creation of risk management frameworkReview effectiveness of controls in relation to IFC compliancesImplementation of changes in Accounting Standards, Companies Act and other relevant statuteLead accounting planning in relation to mergers and acquisitionsSystems & Processes would be an integral part of the role; ability to set up systems and establish robust and scalable processes with the appropriate risk mitigation to be put into placeMentoring team members and guiding them in meeting team’s objectiveQualification​CA with 3-4 years of experience (Articleship preferably from Big 4 audit firms)Experience in a NBFC controllership team or experience of auditing a NBFC/Bank (representing a Big 4)Good understanding of NBFC compliancesPractical knowledge of Ind AS and IGAAPExperience of setting up IFC frameworkExperience of leading team of 3-4 members
