Role Purpose

As a Working Student within our Human Resources team, you will gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle while supporting HR operations for Oliver Wyman Germany. Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you will contribute to recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and people initiatives that help deliver an outstanding employee experience in a dynamic international environment.

Reports to: SP Talent Management Lead

Day-to-day collaborators: SP Recruiter, HR colleagues, managers and employees across Oliver Wyman Germany

How This Role Will Contribute To Team Success

Deliver an outstanding employee and candidate experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with internal standards.

Contribute to operational improvements that enhance HR service delivery across Germany.

Your Day-to-Day

  • HR Administration

  • Support the preparation of employment contracts, amendments, employment certificates and HR documentation while maintaining accurate personnel records and files. Success is measured through timely, accurate and compliant administration.

  • Recruitment & Candidate Coordination

  • Support recruitment activities by screening applications, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates and preparing employment documentation to help deliver a seamless candidate experience.

  • HR Reporting & Operational Support

  • Prepare HR reports and workforce statistics, support recurring HR processes and contribute to HR projects that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Skills & What You Bring To The Team

  • We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build a career in Human Resources.

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree programme with a genuine interest in Human Resources.

  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.

  • Confidence communicating in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

  • Professional and discreet when handling confidential information.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Passion for operational excellence and creating efficient, high-quality HR processes.

  • Previous internship or working student experience in Human Resources, Recruiting or HR Administration.
