The OpportunityAs a SAP GTS Sr Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills, professional knowledge, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our Firm.
In this role, you will focus on providing consulting services for confirming compliance and enhancing security within SAP applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and offer guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards. Working in this area, you will enable clients to mitigate risks, protect sensitive data, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will be part of a team that drives transformation controls and security integration, particularly in SAP, to help clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Leading SAP compliance and security consulting services to confirm regulatory compliance and enhance security measures
- Analyzing client requirements and implementing tailored SAP security solutions to protect sensitive data
- Providing strategic advisement and support for compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Managing client relationships and delivering quality results through effective communication and influence
- Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and drive operational efficiency
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying issues and opportunities within client environments
- Directing teams through challenging and uncertain situations with composure and sound judgment
- Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams to contribute to the firm's success
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on feedback to improve service delivery
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA for advanced data analytics
- Leading compliance program development and implementation
- Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities and challenges
- Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations
- Crafting and conveying impactful messages that tell a holistic story

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
