About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Strategy & Operations professional to join our team. This role will focus on driving business growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence for our consumer fintech products. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Data, and Business teams to solve complex business problems, improve customer outcomes, and execute strategic initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

The ideal candidate combines structured problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and strong business acumen with the ability to execute cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Develop data-backed strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Define key business metrics and build performance dashboards to monitor strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct customer segmentation and recommend tailored engagement strategies for different user cohorts.
  • Perform market research and competitive benchmarking to identify industry trends and best practices.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate experiments (A/B testing) to optimize product performance and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements.
  • Build business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support pricing, subscription, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional projects while ensuring timely execution and measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute (Engineering, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field).
  • 2-6 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Product Strategy, Growth, or Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems.
  • Experience working with large datasets to generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in FinTech, Lending, Banking, Consumer Internet, or SaaS businesses.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or Clevertap.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, and growth frameworks.
  • Exposure to experimentation methodologies and A/B testing.
  • Basic knowledge of subscription models, pricing strategies, and unit economics.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight is a plus.
