Position Description:
Provides senior-level support for the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of business systems supporting the Bank's Cash Management Services, Payment Processing solutions, and related operational platforms.
Responsible for aligning technology solutions with business initiatives through business analysis, functional design, requirements development, testing coordination, and implementation support. Serves as a key liaison between Cash Operations, Accounting, Loan Operations, Information Technology, Association users, and third-party vendors to ensure systems and processes support efficient, secure, and accurate financial transaction processing.
This role focuses on supporting payment and disbursement solutions, cash management products, system integrations, and operational workflows that facilitate the movement of funds between borrowers, associations, and the Bank.
Day-to Day-Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, support, and enhance Cash Management Services platforms and payment-processing systems that facilitate borrower payments, loan disbursements, funds transfers, and related financial transactions.
- Develop a deep understanding of payment workflows, cash management products, transaction-processing systems, business rules, and operational procedures.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve payment-processing efficiency, user experience, operational controls, and system capabilities.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements for new products, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Technology teams and external vendors to support implementation of new systems, interfaces, APIs, and enhancements.
- Perform impact analysis and coordinate testing activities for software releases, system upgrades, and process changes.
- Support implementation and adoption of new payment-processing and cash-management capabilities including ACH, real-time payments, disbursement services, and future payment technologies.
- Coordinate user communications, documentation, training materials, and implementation planning related to system changes.
- Monitor production issues, investigate root causes, facilitate issue resolution, and recommend process or system improvements.
- Design reports, queries, and data analysis that support operational decision-making, reconciliation activities, and performance monitoring.
- Participate in strategic initiatives related to payment modernization, automation, integration improvements, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong partnerships with Cash Operations, Loan Operations, Accounting, Product Management, Technology teams, and Association users.

It’s an important role that covers many skills. This position requires:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Eight (8) or more years of experience supporting business systems, payment processing platforms, financial systems, cash management solutions, treasury services, or related operational systems.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and business process design.
- Experience supporting software implementations, system enhancements, and production support activities.
- Experience working with integrated business systems and data interfaces.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across technical and business teams.
Preferred
- Experience supporting payment processing systems, ACH, funds-transfer platforms, treasury management solutions, or cash management services.
- Experience with API integrations, file-based interfaces, and system-to-system integrations.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, treasury operations, lending operations, or payment operations environments.
- Experience performing root-cause analysis and production issue investigation.
- Experience facilitating user acceptance testing and implementation planning.
- Knowledge of NACHA operating rules and payment-processing concepts.
- Familiarity with real-time payment technologies.
- Experience supporting loan accounting or servicing systems.
- Ability to travel on an infrequent basis.
