As an AR Calling - RCMS - Associate, you will engage with clients to support their revenue cycle management processes, focusing on operations and solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and engage in research to support senior staff. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing ambiguity and using these challenges as opportunities for growth. Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagement by contributing to revenue cycle managed services projects
- Participating in operational analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Assisting in the development and implementation of automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Engaging in process mapping and data collection to support business process improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with team members to execute operations strategy and improve service operations
- Utilizing lean process improvement techniques to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence
- Applying project management skills to manage demand and deliver solutions effectively
- Leveraging emerging technologies to support technology implementation and operational support
- Contributing to the development of competitive advantage through innovative solution development
- Maintaining a focus on teamwork and inclusion to foster a collaborative work environment

What You Must Have

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or Any Graduate 
- 2-4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, insurance reimbursement methodologies, and revenue cycle operations. 

- Experience with healthcare billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

- Shift timings: Flexible to work in night shifts (US Time zone)
