About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Appointment Setter to help grow their client base by connecting with attorneys and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.

In this role, you’ll conduct inbound and outbound outreach, build relationships with legal professionals, qualify leads, handle objections, and consistently follow up to generate meetings. If you’re confident on the phone, organized, and motivated by creating sales opportunities, this is a great fit.

Responsibilities

Lead Outreach & Qualification

  • Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys.
  • Engage prospects through meaningful conversations and qualify interest.
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently.
  • Follow up consistently until a clear decision is reached.

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate calendars and scheduling.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Track prospect interactions, follow-ups, and appointment status.
  • Keep lead pipelines organized and up to date.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, business development, SDR, or BDR roles.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with attorneys and navigating gatekeepers.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Experience with CRM systems and scheduling tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with lawyers or legal professionals.
  • Experience in a marketing agency environment.
  • Native English speaker.

Benefits

  • Salary: $2,400 – $2,500 per month.
