The Mission of the Lab Technician
As a Lab Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and uninterrupted production by providing hands-on laboratory and facility support in our Espoo manufacturing environment. This is a practical, high-impact role where your work directly enables production teams to operate efficiently, safely, and without technical blockers.
You will combine structured documentation and planning with real hands-on technical work — troubleshooting equipment, maintaining tools, improving lab processes, and supporting the production floor when issues arise.
We are looking for someone early in their career (approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience) who wants to deepen their technical capabilities, grow within a manufacturing organization, and build long-term expertise in a high-tech environment. This role is ideal for someone with a technical degree who enjoys solving problems independently, working with their hands, and continuously improving how things work.
