Shipping and Receiving Coordinator
We're looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and keeping operations running smoothly. What You'll Do
As our Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you'll help ensure materials move efficiently throughout our operation—from receiving incoming products to preparing outbound shipments for customers and field teams.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Preparing, packaging, labeling, and shipping outbound orders
- Maintaining accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
- Supporting inventory accuracy through cycle counts and material tracking
- Staging materials for production and internal departments
- Coordinating shipments using UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight carriers
- Assisting with internal material transfers and kit preparation
- Supporting hazardous material shipping in accordance with applicable regulations
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Identifying discrepancies and working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution operations
- Experience working with UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and shipping documentation
- Comfortable using computers for data entry and inventory transactions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on safety and quality
Physical Requirements
This position includes hands-on warehouse activities and requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds
- Perform packaging, labeling, and material handling tasks throughout the day
- Work safely around warehouse equipment and manufacturing environments
