Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Solution Manager Integration (f/m) to join our Digital for Operation department based in Toulouse, France.
You will join the transversal Solution Management Team (SMT) dedicated to strategic unblocking, arbitration, and process clarification to accelerate value delivery. Your primary assignment will focus on the A220 Pylon integration initiative in St Eloi, driving the deployment of the SAP S/4HANA ERP setup and the industrial ecosystem required for the assembly of the first pylon in 2027.

Your challenges:
Translate operational shop-floor needs into end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain and Demand processes via workshops.
Ensure SAP developments adhere to the "Fit-to-Standard" approach as a content authority within Multi-Functional Teams (MFTs).
Distill complex SAP logics into executive-ready business visualizations to secure strategic alignment.
Redesign E2E operational flows to align system capacity with target aircraft production ramp-up goals.
Collaborate with Information Management (IM) and site operations to balance system standards with business value.
Your boarding pass:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in complex, high-regulation industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Defense).
Minimum of 10 years of ERP deployment expertise, with advanced knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA preferred).
Proven proficiency in SAFe/Agile methodologies and leading structured Change Management initiatives.
Professional fluency in English (German and/or French is a plus) with availability for travel (~20%).
